H.e.l.p. Course: performance excellence, culture & total rewards

The Performance Excellence, Culture & Total Rewards course will help HR professionals in K-12 education learn how to work towards continuous improvement and build strong momentum towards excellence. 
This two-part course will be held on January 7-8, and March 21-22, 2019 in Salem, Oregon.

Topics include Stakeholder Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition, Organizational Climate, Strategic Planning & Visioning, Customer Focus, Performance Metrics and Process Improvement

Don’t miss the 2019 OSPA Winter Advanced HR Retreat plus pre-Conference
February 6 – 8, 2019

The 2019 Annual Winter Retreat, one of OSPA’s premier events has been designed to meet members immediate needs as we enter the recruit and hire time of year. The Winter Retreat will be interactive and hands-on. The goal is that you will leave with a systemic process for applicants from the time of hire, to placement of employees, to the first day on the job, all while using tools that you currently have.

Participants will receive Title IX certification. District employees who are involved in implementing the school’s grievance procedures (Title IX Coordinators, Title IX Facilitators, others who receive complaints, investigators, and adjudicators) will want to attend to receive extensive training in handling complaints involving sexual misconduct and the school’s grievance procedures.

Brian Hungerford, with the Hungerford Law Firm, will facilitate the professional learning and growth.
