Oregon School Personnel Association (OSPA) offers Human Resources in Education Leadership Program (HrELP), a robust, five-course program to develop K-12 HR professionals in the area of communications, leadership and change management.
This course will take place in two parts:
Part 1 takes place on January 22nd and 23rd
Part 2 will take place on March 8th and March 9th
The Performance Excellence, Culture & Total Rewards course will help HR professionals in K-12 education learn how to work towards continuous improvement and build strong momentum towards excellence.
