OSPA 2013 District Office Staff Salary & Benefit Surveys

Every other year OSPA sends out a district survey to collect salary and benefit data for district confidential and supervisory staff.  The surveys for 2013 are attached and due back to Chuck White by March 15, 2013.  Sample district surveys for district confidential and supervisory staff are attached.

Eugene 4J RIF Employee Assistance Materials Portfolio

The Eugene School District 4J has done extensive work in putting together a Employee Assistance Tool Kit of materials to help their staff deal with the realities of reduction in force. This portfolio provides you with examples of the materials made available to staff to support their transition.

Confidential and Supervisory Staff Survey 10-11 5.9.2011

OSPA surveys districts every two years to collect wage/salary & benefit data for confidential and supervisory staff.  The purpose is to provide districts this information for like size districts as they conduct collective bargaining or consult with their staff.  The current survey includes data for the 2010-11 school year.

SPRING REGION MATERIALS PORTFOLIO, MARCH 2011

The Spring Region Materials Portfolio includes eight items.  They include (1) the meeting agenda, (2) OSBA Bargaining Trends, (3) TSPC Issue Update Handout with revisions completed at the end of March, (4) and (5) the EdZapp Candidate Handout Parts 1 and 2, (6) EdZapp's Educator Quality Proposal to be shared in more detail at the Spring Conference in May, (7) the Central Oregon Statewide Solution Proposal shared at the Central Region meeting in Redmond, and (8) the Classified Trigger Language shared by the Grants Pass SD at the Southern Region meeting in Eagle Point.

OSPA STAFF REDUCTION SUMMIT DISTRICT EXAMPLES PORTFOLIO

This portfolio provides 85 district examples of letters, seniority lists, and policies related to layoff and recall.
