Every other year OSPA sends out a district survey to collect salary and benefit data for district confidential and supervisory staff. The Spring Conference Presentation Materials Portfolio 2011 includes materials and handouts shared by the presenters. It includes General Session presentation materials and handouts from each of the Break Out session.
The Eugene School District 4J has done extensive work in putting together a Employee Assistance Tool Kit of materials to help their staff deal with the realities of reduction in force. This portfolio provides you with examples of the materials made available to staff to support their transition.

The purpose is to provide districts this information for like size districts as they conduct collective bargaining or consult with their staff. The current survey includes data for the 2010-11 school year.

They include (1) the meeting agenda, (2) OSBA Bargaining Trends, (3) TSPC Issue Update Handout with revisions completed at the end of March, (4) and (5) the EdZapp Candidate Handout Parts 1 and 2, (6) EdZapp's Educator Quality Proposal to be shared in more detail at the Spring Conference in May, (7) the Central Oregon Statewide Solution Proposal shared at the Central Region meeting in Redmond, and (8) the Classified Trigger Language shared by the Grants Pass SD at the Southern Region meeting in Eagle Point.
